My husband and I bought a Mercedes yesterday from Yamin Faraj. He was a pleasure to work with. He was competent, and did not pressure us in any way. We are pleased with the car and the experience.
I recently dropped of my AM Vantage for its 10k mile service, which was quoted around $1,100. I also brought the vehicle in for a small warranty issue with the leather seatbelt clasp. After Bjern described what the service entailed, he then provided a loaner vehicle (Jag) free of service. Later, that same day the car was ready. When going to pay for the car I noticed it was considerably cheaper than what was originally quoted. I asked Bjern why this was the case. As it turned out, some services (such as the break fluid replacement) were not needed. I was floored, as I was not use to such sincerity with dealerships. Normally they would move forward with the service needed or not. I will definitely do business with this dealership again... it was an excellent experience!
Had a wonderful experience with this dealership & Dallas Bartlett ! I had been looking for a pre-owned Aston Martin for a while & contacted this dealer a few months back as they had a car on the lot of interest to me. Dallas's initial communication was great he was very easy going, not pushy & answered all my questions. Since I am from out of the area I decided to fly down for the day to look at the car & Dallas graciously picked me up from the airport (in a brand new DB11 mind you) which I thought was very classy. I took one look at the car & knew it was a winner! The price ended up being fair based on what I have previously researched & other cars I drove so I felt like I got a good deal. Everything went smooth & I drove the car off the lot that afternoon & took the long 7.5 hour trek home ;-)... I couldn't be more pleased with Dallas & this dealership - will definitely come back in the future! Cheers!
Haven't even bought a car from these guys yet and they've done absolutely everything I've asked and more. I am actually trying really hard to buy from these guys. They are Head and Shoulders above the dealers in San Diego which is usually where I buy my vehicles. The quality is clearly present in the car I'm looking at and all communication with them represented at this location is the way it should be clear and honest. "Vote with your dollar"
I would recommend you to buy your Aston Martin from Newport Beach location , staff Tommy & Yan were very helpful , professional & knowledgeable to guide me through . After the purchase, I found out my new car had a few minor issues, Tommy is helping me whatever it takes to get it done . I just want to thank you for your great service! Xu
The process of purchasing my vehicle was very easy and the staff (Sharik) was very accommodating. However, I've now called in multiple times to inquire about my vehicle service and was told they would call me back to followup on my inquires. They still have not.
A great experience purchasing a pre-owned DB9. Tom Cohen greeted me and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was considering. We test drove a DB9 and Virage for comparison and I ended up purchasing the DB9. Negotiations were reasonable and I feel that I received a great car. I had one minor issue a few days after purchase. I called Tom and he was all over it. The service team was happy to check the vehicle and made a minor adjustment to correct the issue. A very civilized experience and would recommend Tom to anyone considering an Aston Martin.
After writing my first review I was contacted by the dealership and ended up buying a car. The process was low key but clear and they did a fine job. A few things to note though. If you are considering buying a used Aston be sure to ask how many keys come with the car. There should be three: two key fobs and one metal key in case the battery dies. I did not ask, they did not tell me, and got only one key. I purchased a second key fob and believe me it was not cheap. I also ordered a metal key--it has to come from the UK--and am really hoping that the battery does not die in the meantime (not that there is any reason to think it will). Also be sure you know what features are on the car: you would think that a 2015 Aston Martin with many phone buttons in the cockpit would have Bluetooth, but no. They all have phone buttons but they do not all have Bluetooth to hook in your phone (!). I ASSUMED the car would have Bluetooth. So to eliminate surprises just ask. In any case this is minor; the car is fantastic, I got a good price, and all is well. I would recommend this dealership; just be sure to ask about the keys and features and do not assume anything.
